Art Downunder is not responsible for any goods detained during shipment
by legal authorities. Australian Art Downunder is not responsible for
any items supplied where the purchaser has used any form of deception
(such as, but not limited to, using a credit card registered to another
person).
AGE RESTRICTION
Use of this web site by individuals under the age of 18 should only be
whilst supervised by an adult. Purchases may not be made from this site
by users under the age of 18. Where a suspicion exists that a purchaser
is under 18, Australian Art Downunder reserves the right to inform the

OVERSEAS ORDERS Australian Art Downunder uses PAYPAL only. Also note conditions on Purchase Page.
CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE
Australian Art Downunder guarantees that if a fraud on a customer's credit
card is proved to have been committed through the gathering of their credit
card number from the Australian Art Downunder web site during transaction
processing, then Australian Art Downunder will refund the customer uninsured
losses to a maximum of $50.
Australian Art Downunder reserves the right to refuse to supply anyone.
Australian Art Downunder reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions at any time and without notice.
